Service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host (Wix), inspection reporting and scheduling software (Scribeware), payment processor (PayFactory), email, calendar, and accounting tools. They may use your information only to perform services for us.

Specialists and partners. If you order an ancillary service performed by a partner (for example, a specialty test), we share the details needed to schedule and complete it.

Legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect our rights, respond to a licensing board, or address a claim.

Payment information: processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card or bank account numbers.

We may receive your contact and property information from a real estate agent, lender, contractor, or other person who refers you to us or books an inspection on your behalf.
Inspection Reports, Photos, and Property Information
Your inspection report is confidential and prepared for you, the client named in the inspection agreement. Reports are delivered through a secure client portal, and the report is released once payment is complete.
During an inspection we take photos and notes of the property. We work to avoid photographing people, personal documents, and personal belongings beyond what is needed to document a condition. If you prefer that certain areas or items not be photographed, tell us before the inspection.
We will not use photos from your inspection in marketing, training, or our blog unless we remove addresses and identifying details, or you give us permission.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website is hosted on Wix, which uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and measure how visitors use it. We may also use tools such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console to understand site traffic.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some site features may not work properly without them. Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
When you click "Reserve Now" or another booking link, you are taken to our scheduling portal hosted by Scribeware, which has its own cookie and privacy practices.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
